ولم يذكر الكاتب تعريج الشيخ الطاهري على أخطاء شيخه الجابري غفر الله له ورحمه الله الذي في آخر الكلام كذلك؟ واعلم أن الخصومة، يجب أن يلازَم فيها العدل والإنصاف قال الله تعالى :{وَلَا یَجۡرِمَنَّكُمۡ شَنَـَٔانُ قَوۡمٍ عَلَىٰۤ أَلَّا تَعۡدِلُوا۟ۚ ٱعۡدِلُوا۟ هُوَ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۖ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللهَ إِنَّ ٱللهَ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ}

"Akhil-kareem who translated it this, is it you? As it has been brought to my attention that speech is being deleted and left out in a certain translation, without indication towards its deletion by placing the following (...) and the like which we learn in Imlaa, the likes of this brings about hesitancy to take translations from just anyone."

Muhammad bin Hisham At-Tahiri on Ubaid Al-Jaabiri after his death ⤵️
“Questioner: “...would you be kind enough to mention a short biography of his and your experiences with the Shaykh?”.
Tahiri: “In reality I was intending to specify a lecture to speak about the life of the Shaykh, and what I know from him personally, but it's not from the methodology of the Salaf that the people mention their good merits after their death, as some of the scholars may Allah have mercy upon them have…
Someone asked if the speech of Sheikh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iri (https://t.me/almanhajussalafi/895) applies to Sheikh Hisham At-Tahiri
A MEMBER RESPONDS:
"What shaikh yusuf hafidahullaah was referring to was without doubt someone known to be from ahl as sunnah, whom knowledge was already taken from, but who had then fallen into mistakes. As for ahl al bidah or someone not known to be upon the sunnah, then his asl was he was not to be taken from in the first place. If this person claims now to be with ahlis sunnah, or that he repented and left off…
Sincere advice for my brothers -> Don't be like this guy!
This practice of phoning/messaging scholars and then spreading their words without proper context can lead to great fitnah.
Don’t misunderstand me – if you have an unresolved issue with your brothers, the correct approach is to take it to a competent scholar, as Allāh said:
{فَسۡـَٔلُوۤا۟ أَهۡلَ ٱلذِّكۡرِ إِن كُنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ}
"Ask the people of knowledge if you do not know." [Surah An-Naḥl:…

A Closer Examination of Abu Fayrooz’s Tabdee’ of Sheikh Hisham At-Tahiri
When Abu Fayrooz, may Allah grant him success, was asked about Sheikh Saleem Al-Hilali, may Allah preserve him, he replied:
“...Saleem Al-Hilali is not trustworthy in my opinion. However, I have refrained from disparaging him as long as the matter remains ambiguous to our scholars, and none of them have spoken negatively about him. I continue to await the scholars and their guidance...”

BENEFIT 257: Who has the right to pass judgments on individuals (tafseeq, tabdee', takfeer)?
Sheikh Yūsuf Al-Jazaa’iri hafidahullāh:
The discussion on this matter is extensive, but to summarise: the issue ultimately comes down to evidence and proofs, as well as proficiency in knowledge. The person speaking on a subject should be someone who has acquired knowledge from its rightful sources and has been recognised by scholars. If such a person speaks knowledgeably, their words are accepted, whether in…

Sheikh Yūsuf Al-Jazaa’iri hafidahullāh:
The principle amongst the scholars of hadith, as is established in their books and in the science of hadith terminology, is as follows: When someone is disparaged (jarh), there are two possible cases. Either (1) the person in question had previously been praised, or (2) they had not.
The scholars of hadith are the qualified authorities in the matters of jarh and ta'deel.…
Indonesia was once a stronghold of Sufism, and when the Crusaders colonised it, they strongly implanted Christianity. However, Allah, the Almighty, honoured that land with the Salafi Da‘wah, just as He honoured other lands. But soon, the people of falsehood began working to divert those on the straight path. The group known as "Revival of Islamic Heritage Society" (Ihyaa At-Turath) used its Kuwaiti funds to disunite…
In conclusion, it is obligatory for everyone to submit to the truth. Allah Almighty says (interpreted meaning): "Follow what has been sent down to you from your Lord, and do not take others as guardia
And He also says: "Has the time not yet come for believers’ hearts to be humbled at the remembrance of Allah and what has been revealed of the truth?" [Surah Al-Ḥadīd: 16].
Therefore, every Sunni and every Muslim, whether they are a scholar or not, must submit to the truth.

Sheikh Yūsuf Al-Jazaa’iri hafidahullāh:
It is well-known that it is obligatory for every servant to submit to the truth. The truth which the heavens and the earth were established upon, as Allah said (interpreted meaning):

The speech of Sheikh Yusuf Al-Jazaa'iri ḥafidhahullāh:
"If after being advised, he is stubborn and persistent, then he is no longer considered from Ahlus-Sunnah."

There is no specific time limit for this process (i.e. Advice period), whether it is a day, a year, or two years. What matters is that the truth has reached him, and he then chooses to reject it—This is sufficient reason to stop seeking knowledge from him.

Sheikh Yūsuf Al-Jazaa’iri hafidahullāh:
The errors made by scholars in matters of Aqeedah, we need to know that there matters which are considered Usool (fundamentals). Some issues are clear and fundamental, and the truth regarding them is evident. If a scholar errs in such matters, the proof has already been established against him, and he is declared an innovator for opposing the clear truth. For instance, if a…

"The causes of error are three: lack of knowledge, limited understanding, and ill intent. The first two involve a deficiency in knowledge or understanding. A person may have limited knowledge, or they may possess knowledge but lack the capacity to understand it. Many people have vast knowledge, yet they fail to comprehend it correctly. The third cause is ill intent: a person may…
