📌 Message to all husbands and wives: Do not abandon the Qur’an and daily supplications!

Among the reasons for tightness in the chest, recurring whispers, problems between spouses, and even the influence of devils are: ● Abandoning the Qur’an ● Neglecting the morning and evening supplications ● Forgetting the supplications for entering and leaving the house, and for food ● Neglecting to protect yourself, your home, and your children with remembrance 🔻 Many husbands and wives complain about repeated…

We don't celebrate the Prophet's birthday ﷺ because:

● There's not a single Āyah in the Qurʿān endorsing this celebration. ● There's not a single ḥadīth from the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ endorsing this celebration, whether authentic or inauthentic. ● There's not a single Athar from any of the Companions regarding this celebration, whether authentic or inauthentic. ● The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ did not celebrate it during his lifetime, nor did any of his Companions or…

The presence of a baby does not remove khalwa Imam An-Nawawi rahimahullah said: «لا يخلون رجل بامرأة إلا ومعهما ذو محرم: وأما إذا خلا الأجنبي بالأجنبية من غير ثالث معهما، فهو حرام باتفاق العلماء، وكذا لو كان معهما من لا يستحيى منه لصغره كابن سنتين وثلاث ونحو ذلك، فإن وجوده كالعدم» “A man must not be alone with a woman except in the presence of her mahram. Motivation

Sheikh Ṣāliḥ Āl Ash-Shaykh ḥafidhahullāh said: “If each day you were to study the tafsīr of just one Āyah, one ḥadīth along with its commentary, and one fiqh issue – only three items per day – what would you have accumulated in a year? You would have the tafsīr of 360 Āyāt, the explanation of 360 ḥadīths, and the study of 360 fiqh issues. Now imagine after five years, ten years – you would become a true student…

It is not permissible for a woman to travel without a maḥram, regardless of whether the journey is short or long, by car, plane, or any other means. Ibn 'Abbas (may Allāh be pleased with them) reported: I heard Allāh's Messenger (ﷺ) delivering a sermon and making this observation:" No person should be alone with a woman except when there is a Mahram with her, and the woman should not undertake a journey except with…

As for what was mentioned in the question: whether those in charge of the masjid, or similar women-only gatherings for remembrance, have the right to request all attendees to remove their face coverin

For those in countries of disbelief like Britain, I advise my brothers to treat people with gentleness, especially non-Arabs and others who may lack knowledge. One should be patient with them, hoping that Allah, the Exalted, will guide them through that patience. Particularly in such matters where suspicions may lead a woman to cover her face, advice is needed, and one must work to remove such doubts from them.…

Beneficial Advice Regarding Face Covering at Women-Only Gatherings

Question: وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته We kindly request your advice regarding women's gatherings here in Britain. Some of the sisters who attend these gatherings prefer to keep their niqāb on, despite the fact that the venue is designated exclusively for women and there is no legitimate Islamic need for covering the face. When asked about the reason, they respond that it is part of their customs. What is your…

Covering One's Face in the Presence of Other Women Without Need is Excessiveness Question: Is it permissible for a woman to cover her face while praying in the presence of other women? And is her sitting with other women while covering her face considered an act of excessiveness? Sheikh Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh: Yes, it is considered excessive, and she should not cover her face while praying.

Face Coverings Raise Suspicion Question: May Allāh reward you. The questioner asks: What is the ruling on covering the face (talathum) during prayer? Sheikh Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh: Covering the face (talathum) during prayer is disliked (makruh). Talathum refers to a person placing a covering (e.g., ghutra or scarf) over their nose and mouth. This is disliked, and in fact, a person should avoid doing so even…

A similar question was put forward to Sheikh Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh, to which he responded:

"There is no need for this (i.e., covering the face) if there are no men around her, as this resembles talathum (covering the mouth and nose), which is prohibited during prayer. However, if there are men present around her, then there is no harm in covering the face. Nevertheless, when she prostrates, she should uncover her forehead and nose so that they come into direct contact with the place of prostration.

Ruling on a Woman Wearing the Niqab During Prayer in the Presence of Women Only Question: What is the ruling on a woman wearing the face veil during prayer in the women's prayer area, when in the presence of women only? Sheikh ’Abdulkareem Al-Khudhair ḥafidhahullāh: "A woman’s entire body is considered ‘awrah (must be covered) during prayer, except for the face. This applies even if she is praying alone; she must…

🌿 Closing Words of Advice

➡️To the Hosts of Sisters-Only Events: As the organisers, you absolutely have the right to set a 'no-niqab' policy for your event. However, if you choose to implement this, it's important to do so with care, wisdom, and consideration. Here are a few suggestions: Be gentle in your approach: A polite, respectful reminder at the door can go a long way. If a sister seems hesitant, speak to her with kindness — she may…

Additional Advice for Sisters Who Wear the Niqab in Women-Only Gatherings

Sheikh Muhammad Al-’Ansi ḥafidhahullāh said: "In the name of Allāh, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The advice to these noble sisters — may Allāh grant them success in all goodness — for their diligence and modesty, is as follows: A woman keeping her face veil on in the company of other women, where there are no non-mahram men present, serves no benefit and is not part of the religion of Allāh, the…
