POINT 1:
An example of a ضرورة: The Muslim who is born and bread in a non-Muslim country, or a non-Muslim who embraces Islam in that country, who have no access to any other travel documents, nor do they have the ability to travel/seek refuge in a Muslim country without firstly claiming citizenship therein.

First Question: Is it permissible to obtain a canadian citizenship in order to use it for things that benefit the person in his religion, such as making it easier for him to enter most of the gulf countries and to be able to work there, in addition to making it easier for him to travel with his Canadian passport for business…

After affirming the obligation of covering the face in the case of women, Sheikh ibn Baz rahimahullah goes on to mention some exceptions:
“However, revealing the face out of necessity (ضرورة), like the scenarios mentioned by the questioner; such as the necessity to take a picture of the face (as part of the passport application)...if necessity calls for that then there is nothing wrong with that; due to…
Necessities overrule Prohibitions
FIVE limitations which must be observed before applying the above maxim:
1⃣. Establish whether the ضرورة is one which is credible according to the Shari’ah
2⃣. Assess & weigh out the harms which may arise as a result of committing the Prohibition and the harms which may arise as a result of avoiding the Prohibition
3⃣. Is removing the ضرورة limited to committing this…

Allah has blessed me with a baby girl. I ask Allah to make her a righteous member of the Ummah of Muḥammad ﷺ.
On this joyous occasion, I'd like to remind myself and the readers of 10 recommended practices for such an occasion:
1⃣. Thank Allāh
{ وَإِذۡ تَأَذَّنَ رَبُّكُمۡ لَئن شَكَرۡتُمۡ لَأَزِیدَنَّكُمۡ}
“If you are grateful, I will certainly give you more.” [Sūrah Ibrāhīm: 7]

Shaikh Salih al-Fawzan hafidhuhallah was asked:
Question:
We have with us a custom [that] many people [do]. It is called a gift for the newborn and that is, if anyone is granted a newborn boy or girl, the people, when they visit them, give that newborn boy or girl a gift. The people are familiar with this. This also occurs when someone moves to a new house or gets married. So does that have an origin in the…
Sheikh Abdul-Aziz Ibn Baz rahimahullah said:
“The Sunnah is to shave the head of the boy when naming him on the seventh day only. As for the girl then her hair is not shaved due to the statement of the Prophet ﷺ:
((كل غلام مرتهن بعقيقته تذبح عند يوم سابعه ويحلق ويسمى))
“Every boy is mortgaged by his ‘Aqiqah, so slaughter for him on the seventh day, and shave his head, and name him.” [Reported by Imam Ahmad and…
It's not from the Sunnah to call Adhān & Iqāmah in the newborn's ears
Abu Rafia said I saw the messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam utter the Athaan in the ear of Hassan Ibn Ali when Fatimah gave birth to him. Shaykh Saleem Al Hilaali in his checking of Tuhfatul Mawdood mentions this narration is weak.
As for the narration of Al Hassan Ibn Ali from the prophet Sallalahu alaihi wassallam: Whoever has a born child, then let him utter the athan in his right ear and the iqaamah…
What are the recommended Sunan when a newborn arrives?
Sheikh Muqbil raḥimahullah said:
“The recommended Sunan, rather what is obligatory is the ’Aqīqah. For verily the Prophet ﷺ said:
((كل غلام مرتهن بعقيقته))
“Every boy is mortgaged by his ‘Aqiqah.”
It is two sheep for a boy and one sheep for a girl. This is one affair.
Another affair is to choose a good name. It was reported by Imam Muslim in his Saheeh from Abdullah ibn ’Umar that the Prophet ﷺ said:

Is the practice of Taḥnīk (chewing dates or something sweet and rubbing it inside the mouth of a newborn baby) specific to the Prophet (ﷺ)?”
The Lajnah Ad-Dā'imah said in response to a similar question:
“Taḥnīk for the newborn baby is a Sunnah which has been confirmed by the action of the Prophet ﷺ for babies born to some Companions (may Allāh be pleased with them). This indicates the generality of this action for the Ummah of the Prophet ﷺ. This is also based on the saying of Allāh (Glorified be He):
{لَّقَدۡ كَانَ لَكُمۡ فِی رَسُولِ ٱللَّهِ أُسۡوَةٌ…
