I prefer having home-cooked meals at home with the family and encourage this as a way to bring blessings to mealtimes and foster family unity. That said, there are occasional times when one might want to eat out. For this reason, we should compile a list of recommended places for Muslims, as I don’t believe such a list exists.

There's a Musallah in a hospital and they make the athan and jama'at for all salawat including jumuah, does it take the hukm of a masjid? And does it suffice for a person to attend there instead of the masjid?
Sheikh Muḥammad Aṣ-Ṣilwi ḥafidhahullāh:
Hospital prayer rooms and similar spaces, such as those found in restaurants and the like, are not considered masjids. Rather, they serve as prayer spaces…
If every time you desire something, you go ahead and buy it? When will you learn patience?
If every time you're alone, you fall into sin? When will you learn piety?
If every time you feel tired, you immediately rest? When will you learn endurance?
If every time things are made easy for you, you go further astray? When will you start repenting?

A1. Costco Membership
There is a difference of opinion between the scholars regarding these kind of memberships. I asked Shaykh Sa'd Ash-Shitri about it before, and he mentioned that it is PERMISSIBLE. I believe this is the stronger opinion since membership gives you access to their facilities at various locations, which is a recognised type of منفعة (benefit) according to عرف (customs).

One of the remarkable events that occurred during my last (da'wah) trip to Indonesia, was that when I travelled to the farthest island, the last island situated between Singapore and Malaysia, where Indonesia ends, a large delegation from the government (may Allāh reward them) arrived, including members from intelligence, national police, and others...Thereafter, they attended the…
Questioner: May Allāh reward you. The questioner says: A man applied for admission to a university in the Kingdom (of Saudi Arabia) using a certificate that belonged to someone else, with his name placed on it. He was then accepted into the university. What is the ruling on his pursuit of knowledge in this university, knowing that the certificate he submitted is not his, but rather his colleague's?
Sheikh Fawzān…
Giving Reminders at The Graveyard on a Consistent Basis
Question: They say in the following question: It is a common practice in Somalia to give a reminder after the burial has been completed. What is the ruling on this practice, and does it reach the level of being a bid'ah?
Sheikh Yaḥyā ḥafidhahullāh:
The general principle is that whatever the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ practiced consistently, should be performed consistently, and whatever he did occasionally should be…
Imām Ibn Qudāmah raḥimahullāh said:
«قد كان السلف يُحبّون مَن يُنَبِّهُهم على عيوبهم، ونحن الآن في الغالب أبغض الناس إلينا مَن يُعرِّفنا عيوبنا»
"The Salaf used to love those who pointed out their faults to them, but now, for the most part, the people we dislike the most are those who make us aware of our faults."

Let's assume two reliable scholars in this field differ concerning a certain individual; one of them praises him and the other criticises him, what do we do?
● If it is an issue of Khilāf (https://t.me/almanhajussalafi/80), we adopt the correct view and give no weight to the incorrect view.
For example: A scholar says, 'so and so is an innovator because of such and such', and another scholar says, 'no, he is not an innovator,' - because he is not acquainted with the points of criticism mentioned by the first scholar.
This example is not a case of Ijtihād, rather the…
Sheikh Aḥmad An-Najmi raḥimahullāh was asked, “Is it permissible to seek knowledge from someone who does not declare 'Ar’ūr, nor Abul Ḥasan, nor Al-Maghrāwi to be innovators, and he says Ihya At-turat
Answer: “The reality is that whoever does not declare them to be innovators takes the same ruling as them, because these individuals are innovators. As for Al-Maghrāwi, it is established that he is a Takfeeri.”
Sheikh Fawzān ḥafidhahullāh was asked: “Virtuous Sheikh, may Allāh grant you success, those who do not declare the innovator; who the scholars have deemed to be an innovator and whose methodology they
Answer: “Yes, those who do not declare them to be innovators are given the same ruling as them, because they do not consider this to be an innovation, and they do not consider their actions to be an innovation, and that the people (i.e. the scholars) are wrong in declaring that to be an innovation.”
This is one of the reasons Abul Ḥasan was declared an innovator.
If you understand this, then know that there is another INCORRECT generalisation that also requires similar restrictions. That is, “whoever does not declare a disbeliever to be a disbeliever is also a disbeliever.”
In fact, this generalisation is even more dangerous than the first, as it leads to chain takfeer!
Therefore, as with the previous case, this generalisation must be restricted.
Here are additional…
BENEFIT 30: “Whoever does not declare an innovator to be an innovator is also an innovator.”
Q: Is this principle correct?
A: The principle is incorrect when generalised in this way. If left unrestricted, it could lead to chain tabdee‘ on a mass scale, which contradicts the Salafi Manhaj.
Q: Where is the generalisation?
A: The term “whoever” is too broad, as it includes everyone, even those who are unqualified, such as ignorant laypeople who lack understanding of these complex issues. This would lead to…
Does the ’Iddah of a pregnant woman end if she intentionally terminates the pregnancy?
Questioner: May Allāh reward you with goodness. In the following question, they ask: Does the waiting period (’iddah) of a pregnant woman end if she deliberately aborts the fetus?
Sheikh Yaḥyā ḥafidhahullāh:
Yes. [Allāh ﷻ said]
﴿وَأُو۟لَـٰتُ ٱلۡأَحۡمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَن یَضَعۡنَ حَمۡلَهُنَّ﴾
