وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
Scholars have ruled Nike to be haram because it symbolises Shirk. This is what the Prophet ﷺ did with such symbols: https://t.me/madrasatuna/3842 This is link you referring to ⤵️ https://t.me/madrasatuna/2449 Last I checked, Nike trainers were quite costly. People often spend a significant amount to get their hands on a pair, with some even collecting them. I find it highly unlikely that a Muslim would spend such a sum on Nike trainers solely to dishonour them. The only case that might convince me of such an intention would be if they burned the trainers immediately after purchase—not if they planned to wear them around. In any case, it’s best to avoid such purchases entirely, as buying their products, no matter the item, ultimately supports their continued existence and production.
