Not all marital conflicts stem from a lack of love. Sometimes, love is very much present but the circumstances are simply too harsh to allow it to breathe.
Daily pressures, debts, rising costs, and the burden of providing a livelihood all wear down a manโs nerves and steal away a womanโs peace.
Over time, the home becomes either a place of silence or a battleground not because love is gone, but because exhaustion has overwhelmed the hearts.
Married life doesnโt die suddenly; it wears down gradually when we no longer find time to laugh, lack the energy to talk, or lose the desire to hold each other amid the chaos.
And yet, the most beautiful couples are those who cling to each other despite the hardship.
Those who choose to stay not because life is easy, but because they donโt want to lose the one they love over things beyond their control.
We may not be able to change the circumstances, but we can choose to be a support rather than a burden, a refuge rather than a source of gloom, a source of love rather than harshness.
In times of hardship, tenderness becomes more precious than gold.
