Is it permissible to hold group weddings as it is more cost effective? Sh. Zaayid Al-Waṣābī ḥafidhahullāh: “The ruling of group weddings [is that] there is nothing wrong with it. For example, if they come together and combine 5/6 weddings into 1, or maybe a person has 3/4 children and marries them off all at once, there is nothing wrong with that. If there's some impermissible factors involved, that's another issue, but in terms of them coming together and combining between the weddings, that is okay.” ➡️@womensbenefits
