What rights does a disobedient wife lose? Sheikh ’Abdulhameed Az-Zu’kari ḥafidhahullāh said: "She has no rights—none whatsoever—until she repents to Allāh for her disobedience. However, her guardians, such as her father and family, are responsible for providing for her so that she is not left destitute. As for her husband, she has no rights over him. If he has multiple wives, she is not entitled to a share of his time, nor is she entitled to financial support.
