A Knowledgeable Woman Leading an Unlearned Man in Prayer
Question: If a woman is a scholar, is she allowed to lead her husband and sons in prayer at home?

If she has memorised the Qurβan with all ten recitations and has mastered its Tafsir, and has memorised the major collections of αΈ₯adΔ«th, including Musnad Ahmad, it is still not permissible for her to lead her son, husband, father, or any else (from the men) in prayer. Rather, she may only lead other women like herself.
