𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻'𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 (214)

A sister asks: If a woman dies without getting married, will she marry in paradise? Sheikh 'Uthaymeen raḥimahullāh responded: If she enters paradise—may Allāh bless you—then therein is everything the souls desire and the eyes delight in. If she reaches paradise, she will find every good thing therein. She may marry someone from the people of this world. Otherwise, there will be a surplus in paradise beyond those who entered it from the people of this world; Allah will create a new people to enter it, so maybe she will marry one of these people. Reassure her and say: inshaAllah, if you enter paradise, you will find everything that pleases you in every way. The evidence for this is [the saying of Allāh]: ﴿وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِي أَنْفُسُكُمْ وَلَكُمْ فِيهَا مَا تَدَّعُونَ﴾ "Therein you shall have all that your souls desire, and therein you shall have all that you ask for" [Fussilat: 31]; meaning: whatever you request.
