The Ruling Of Viewing Cartoons For Children For Educational Purposes Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan, may Allah preserve him, was asked on the ruling of allowing the children to watch cartoon shows for educational purposes. The Shaykh, may Allah preserve him, replied by saying: “It is not permissible.
