Seeking Orgasm Without Direct Touch Enquiry: What is the ruling on intentionally bringing about sexual fantasies while moving one's body in a way that seeks sexual pleasure, which may result in an orgasm-like sensation, but without directly touching the private parts (i.e. not what is classically defined as masturbation)? Advice: If a person intentionally moves or rubs their body, contracts muscles, or performs other actions for the purpose of reaching sexual pleasure or climax, even without directly touching the private parts, then the ruling is according to the objective and reality of the act. If it is done as a substitute for masturbation in order to achieve sexual gratification, then it takes the same ruling as masturbation according, because the prohibition is not limited to direct hand-to-genital contact. Rather, the intended sexual stimulation and deliberate seeking of ejaculation or orgasm (outside marital relationsΒΉ) is the issue. If ejaculation occurs, then ghusl becomes obligatory, regardless of the precise method by which it occurred. If only pleasure or arousal occurs without ejaculation, then ghusl is not obligatory, although the act itself remains impermissible if done intentionally for sexual gratification. And Allah knows best. ____ ΒΉ https://t.me/womensbenefits/851 related https://t.me/womensbenefits/100
