Advice for the Bride (1)

My brief advice would be for both the husband and wife to make expectations and pet peeves very clear early on. Come to a mutual understanding, then strive to fulfill each other's expectations بالمعروف. Likewise, avoid each other's pet peeves to the best of your ability, and this will in shaa Allah keep frustration, resentment, and upsetness at bay, and invite mutual love, respect and happiness.
