Claiming Child Benefit In The West The German government gives a specific amount of money to the one who has children or a pregnant woman until she gives birth from the angle of human rights. Is this action legislated and is it allowed to take this? Sheikh Muqbil ibn Hādī Al-Wādiʿī rahimahullah answered: “There is no harm in taking this from them.
