What should I do? Advice: The best advice is to observe S.A.B.R. S – Stay calm and grounded. Don't allow your emotions to dictate your response. A – Ask Allah for help. Allah is Sufficient for you, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs. Trust that He knows the truth and that justice ultimately belongs to Him. B – Block the spread. Address the matter calmly, honestly, and directly with those involved. Allah says: "O you who have believed, be mindful of Allah and be with the truthful." [Surah At-Tawbah: 119] R – Rise above it. Let your conduct speak louder than the accusations. Allah says: "O you who have believed, be persistently standing firm in justice..."
