1⃣. Eat in moderation.
Fill one-third of your stomach with food, one-third with water, and leave one-third empty for easy breathing.
2⃣. Avoid:
Sugar and foods made with it, white flour, hydrogenated oils, rock salt, canned and processed foods, including soft drinks.
Better alternatives:
Stevia instead of sugar, whole grains, olive oil, sesame oil, coconut oil or natural ghee, Himalayan salt or sea salt, fresh foods and drinks.
3⃣. Improve Dinner habits.
Skip dinner or eat only a light meal. Try to eat before sunset, because sleeping with a full stomach can lead to weight gain.
4⃣. Do not snack between meals.
This is known as intermittent fasting.
5⃣. Drink plenty of water.
6⃣. Exercise regularly.
Especially brisk walking for 20–30 minutes daily.
7⃣. Sleep early and get enough rest.
Whoever follows these guidelines, inshaAllah, will reduce obesity and lose weight.
