If a Wife Leaves the Marital Home, Is She Still Obliged to Obey Her Husband? Question: A woman fled her husband’s house and went to her father’s house. Her husband has neither divorced her nor given her khul‘. She is currently staying at her father’s house. If she goes with her father to any place, is she required to ask her husband’s permission, even though she does not want him anymore? Please give us a ruling, may you be rewarded.
