A Woman Presenting Herself For Marriage To A Righteous Man

Sheikh lbn Baaz, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
"وكذا لو رغبت المرأة في الرجل الصالح فتقول: يا فلان أحببتك في الله ولا مانع عندي أن تخطبني من أبي. هذا لابأس به."
"Likewise, if the woman has an interest in the righteous man, she can say (to him): 'O so and so, I love you for the sake of Allah. I have no objections if you were to go to my father and propose to me (for marriage through him).' There is no harm in (her doing) this."
