1. As far as I know, the matrimonial service in question (###) does not include sensitive questions like hip size, hair type, eye colour...not for sisters anyway.
2. The only issue may be sisters contacting the email to express interest. To avoid Fitnah from this angle, I would suggest (if not already the case) that the email account be shared between 2 or more mature, trustworthy brothers so the supervisor is not left to the whispers of Shaytan like a lone sheep.
