BENEFIT (from today's inheritance class)

This diagram shows the order of priority of who has the strongest right to inherit from the deceased among the ʿaṣabah (male heirs). The circle in the middle represents the deceased person. The numbers show the order of priority, from the person most entitled to inherit to the one least entitled. This chart can also be used to show who has the strongest right to be a woman’s wali (guardian) for marriage.
