A Woman Describing Other Women to Her Husband It is reported in Sahih Al-Bukhari from Ibn MasΚΏud (may Allāh be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allāh ο·Ί said: β€œA woman should not describe another woman to her husband as if he were looking at her.” This means she should not depict the softness of another woman’s body or the delicacy of her figure to her husband in a way that captures his heart and incites temptation. Indeed, there is no greater temptation than the attachment of the heart to other women. Ibn Al-Jawzi explained: β€œKnow that this prohibition exists because when a man hears a woman being described, his desire may be stirred and his heart preoccupied. The soul is naturally drawn to what is described as beautiful; such descriptions may incite desire and even approach the state of infatuation.” Therefore, a man must prevent women from describing others in his presence before his desires are aroused. The Devil also has a share in this, as he presents the described woman to the listener and beautifies her in his eyes. Source: https://t.me/nnnnaan/1474
