Sheikh Abu Musa Abdullāh Hableel:
لا = no
Sheikh Abdulḥamīd Az-Zu'kari:
"She adheres to a simple, unexaggerated form of covering"
Sheikh Kāmil ḥafidhahullāh:
“In the ḥadīth: 'A woman is not to wear the niqab.' She may place the khimār over her head even if it touches the skin of her face; there is no issue in this. As for the niqab and anything similar to it, their ruling is the same (not allowed while in the state of ihram).”
