This (the above guidance) applies when the coercion is unjust. As for coercion that is just, such as when a judge forces the husband into divorcing, for instance when a husband is unjust to his wife and harms her, and reconciliation has failed, and she brings the matter to the judge, who then compels him to divorce her—this type of coercion does not prevent the divorce from taking effect.
