From The Good Qualities of Women

Shaykhah Umm ‘Abdillāh Al-Wādi‘iyyah says: Allāh, the Exalted, said: {عُرُبًا أَتۡرَابًا} “The meaning of عُرُبًا: women who are affectionate and loving toward their husbands. And this is among the greatest qualities of the women of Paradise: affection, warmth, and endearment toward their husbands. And likewise in this world, one of the finest qualities of a woman is to be affectionate toward her husband, to beautify herself for him, to respect and honour him. And also, to show affection toward her parents, family, and sisters… So, a woman should be keen to uphold this beautiful trait.”
