صـــــــنــــــــاعـــــــــة الـــــــرجــــــــال

- “The Making of Men” - by Abū ʿAbdillāh Fayṣal Al-Hāshidī — may Allāh preserve him This book addresses the concept of manliness and its defining characteristics, and it clarifies the Ummah’s urgent need for it. It also outlines the features of a strong personality as understood by experts and educators. The work presents the most prominent principles of manliness as they are manifested in the life of our Prophet Muhammad—may Allāh bless him and grant him peace. It explains that true manliness springs from strength of character, then discusses the means by which manliness is acquired, concluding with methods for cultivating it in children. Thus, the book is small in size but great in benefit. وما صُنِعَ الرِّجَالُ بِنَفْخِ صَدْرٍ ولا عَضُدٍ بِحَقْنٍ أو بِآلَة ولكنَّ الرِّجَالَ لَهُمْ مَصَانِعُ تَرَاهَا شَامِخَاتٍ فِي رِسَالة Not by a puffed-out chest are men made, Nor by injections of muscle or by machine; Rather, men have workshops of their own, Lofty and noble, visible in a treatise.
