Do Not Enquire About What Is Hidden
Salman Al-Farisi (may Allah be pleased with him) got married.
When morning came, his companions came to him and said, βHow did you find your wife?β
He turned away from them. They asked him again, and he turned away. They asked him a third time, and he again turned away. Then he said:
βAllah, the Exalted, has made curtains, private rooms, and doors to conceal what is inside them. It is enough for a person among you to ask about what is visible to him; as for what is hidden, he should not ask about it.β
