Justice Requires Hearing Both Sides
The Prophet ﷺ said to Ali:
((إذا تقاضى إليكَ رجلانِ فلا تقضِ للأوَّلِ حتَّى تسمعَ كلامَ الآخرِ فسوفَ تدري كيفَ تقضي))
"When two disputing parties come to you, do not pass judgment against one party until you hear the other person's case. [After hearing out both parties] a ruling will then become clear."
