Is it possible for Laylat Al-Qadr to fall on an even night? Sheikh Abdulhameed Az-Zu'kari hafidhahullah said: "It is not impossible. The hadiths show that Laylat Al-Qadr is in the last ten nights of Ramadan, and the Prophet ﷺ encouraged people to search for it on the odd nights among them. Shaykh Al-Islam held the view that it may also occur on even nights, based on the saying of the Prophet ﷺ: ((التمِسوا ليلةَ القدرِ في تِسعٍ يبقَينَ أو سَبعٍ يبقَينَ أو خَمسٍ يبقَينَ أو ثلاثٍ أو آخرِ ليلةٍ)) “Seek Laylat Al-Qadr when nine nights remain, or seven remain, or five remain, or three remain, or on the last night.” They said this means it could occur on both even and odd nights, though it is more likely on the odd nights, and the most likely odd night is the 27th night. Success is from Allah. I ask Allah to help you perform the worship of Laylat Al-Qadr and to accept it from you." Source: https://t.me/A_lzoukory/20060 #فوائد_رمضانية #Ramadan@masjidsahabah
