Allāh ﷻ said:
﴿واسْألُوا اللهَ مِن فَضْلِهِ﴾
“Ask Allāh from His bounties.”
[Sūrah An-Nisā' 32]
Sufyān ibn ‘Uyaynah رحمه الله commented:
«لم يأمرْ بالمسألة إلّا ليُعطي».
He (ﷻ) only commanded to ask in order to bestow.
