📝 Question: What should a Muslim say when they see something impressive? ✅ Answer: The Prophet ﷺ said: “If you see something from your brother, yourself or your wealth which you find impressive, then invoke blessings for it, for indeed the evil eye is true.” [Graded 'Saheeh' by Sh. Albani in Al-kalim At-Tayyib (243)] Sheikh ibn Baz رحمه الله explained that one invokes blessings by saying phrases such as: بارك الله فيه! May Allāh place blessing in it! اللهم بارك فيه! O Allāh, place blessing in it! ما شاء الله لا قوة إلا بالله! This is what Allāh has willed! There is no power except with Allāh!
