Indeed, in poetry there is wisdom ___________________________ I came across these consoling lines of poetry on a brother's status, so I thought I'd share : The poet (Abu Yahya Zakariyyah As-Sawfi) writes: ‏ستلقى ما رجوتَ و ما ودِدتا وليس يضيعُ من عملٍ بذلتا You will realise your hopes and accomplish your goals and the efforts you have put in will not go to waste ولا تقنطْ وتتركَ قرعَ بابٍ سيُفتحُ بابُه إنْ ما عجِلتا Do not lose hope and stop knocking on the door the door will be opened as long as you are not hasty فكم ضاقتْ بك الأهوالُ ذَرعًا ومفرجُها قريبٌ لو صبرتَا How much difficulty you have endured while the relief was near - had you been patient وكم يرسو بقلبك حُبُّ أمرٍ وبعد العسرِ يسرٌ إن وَثقِتا And how much the love of a matter has taken over your heart surely after difficulty there is ease if you truly believe
