𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 (46)

Whoever does not complete the Qur’ān in Ramaḍhān… Ibn Al-Jawzi rahimahullāh said: «إذا لم يختم المسلم القرآن تلاوة في رمضان شهر القرآن، فلن يختمه في سائر السنة إلا أن يشاء الله. ‏وعدم الختم خذلان، يستوجب إدامة الدعاء، بكشف الغمة،ورفع الغفلة عن القلب» “If a Muslim does not finish reciting the Qur’ān in Ramaḍhān — the month of the Qur’ān — then it is unlikely he will complete it during the rest of the year, unless Allāh wills otherwise. Failing to complete it is a form of deprivation that calls for constant supplication — asking Allāh to lift hardship and remove heedlessness from the heart.” Muhammad ibn Ka‘b rahimahullah said: «من قرأ القرآن مُتّع بعقله، وإن بلَغ مائتي سنة» “Whoever recites the Qur’ān will be blessed with the preservation of his intellect, even if he reaches two hundred years of age.” [Sifat As-Safwah (2/47)] Source: https://t.me/madrasatuna/5889
