BENEFIT: Arousal in Salah and its effect

Question: Does arousal of sexual desire during prayer invalidate the prayer if caused by an external factor, such as sudden distractions in the masjid?
Sheikh Najeeb Ash-Shar’abi ḥafidhahullāh:
Avoid places or situations that may provoke sexual desire during your prayer. If such arousal leads to the discharge of madhi (pre-ejaculatory fluid) or mani (semen), the prayer is invalidated because it nullifies wuḍū.
It is known that madhi is impure (najis) and requires washing anything it touches on the body and clothing, in addition to performing wuḍū. Mani, however, is pure but its emission necessitates a full ritual bath (ghusl) from major ritual impurity (janābah).
If arousal does not result in the discharge of either, the prayer remains valid.
