تشابه المظهر لا يعني تشابه المنهج ʿĪsā ibn Maryam عليه السلام revived the dead by the permission of Allāh, and whoever believed in his message during his time was saved. Dajjāl will also revive the dead, but whoever believes in his claim will be ruined. This is because ʿĪsā عليه السلام calls to Tawheed, while Dajjāl calls to Kufr.
