Beware of the Resentful

A resentful person neither forgives mistakes nor forgets shortcomings. Instead, they store these grievances in their heart, waiting for the right moment to retaliate. Such a person is unfit for friendship, unworthy of association, and unreliable in dealings. Resentment is often found among ignorant women and the lowest ranks of society, while it is rarely seen in people of virtue and righteousness.
