By Allah, even if a person were a companion of Jibreel, They still would not escape people's gossip and criticism. Many different claims have been made about Allah—yet they are recited whenever the Qur'an is recited with measured, proper recitation. They falsely claimed that He has a son and a wife, Lies, slander, and false accusations against Him. If this is what they say about Allah, their Creator, Then what can we expect if people say only some of those things about us? Meaning: No matter how righteous, good, or outstanding a person is, they cannot escape people's gossip, criticism, or false allegations. If even Allah was the subject of false accusations, then it is only natural that people will also speak unfairly about one another. Source: https://t.me/madrasatunaa/409
