وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
Narrated Anas رضي الله عنه: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: ((إن الدعاء لا يرد بين الأذان والإقامة فادعوا)) “Du'a is not rejected between the adhan and iqāmah, so make du’ā.” [At-Tirmidhi 212, Abū Dāwūd 437, Aḥmad 12174 – this is his wording; Classed as صحيح by Sheikh Albāni in Ṣaḥīḥ Abī Dāwūd 489] Sheikh Muḥammad Al-’Ānsi said in response to the above question: "The ḥadīth is clear that the time runs between the adhān and the iqāmah. This period is considered one of the times when supplications are likely to be answered. This refers to the period from AFTER the adhān until the iqāmah. And Allāh knows best."
