Yes. Your mother does not have the right to prevent you from getting married. Neither of your parents, nor anyone else, has the right to stop you from marrying, as this would cause harm to you and be considered a disobedience (to Allāh). There is no obligation to obey a created being when it results in disobedience to the Creator. Delaying marriage when you are capable is considered an act of disobedience, and there is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator. Get married and place reliance on Allāh. Your mother will come to accept it afterwards. If not, she would be in the wrong.
