How to deal with adversaries

"When a servant is wronged, harmed, or oppressed by his adversaries, THERE IS NOTHING MORE BENEFICIAL for him than SINCERE REPENTANCE. A sign of his happiness is that he redirects his thoughts and attention to his own self, sins, and faults, focusing on correcting and repenting from them. This leaves no time or space for him to dwell on the harm that has befallen him. Instead, he takes on the task of repentance and self-improvement, while Allah undertakes his protection, defense, and ultimate victory. How fortunate is such a servant! And how blessed is the hardship that has befallen him, and how beneficial its effects upon him! Yet, success and guidance are in the hands of Allāh alone; no one can prevent what He gives, and no one can grant what He withholds. Not everyone is granted this success, whether due to a lack of knowledge, desire, or ability. There is no power or strength except through Allah."
