"Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
The general principle is that women should refrain from engaging in activities and sports that are typically associated with men - for the purpose of muscle and body strength. Instead, they should seek fitness through activities designed specifically for women, which do not result in harm or injury.
For example, I see, and Allah knows best, that sports like karate, wrestling, and football are more suited to men.
However, if women gather for swimming sessions in a girls-only school or participate in sports specifically tailored for them with the intent of maintaining their health, this is permissible, provided that it takes place in a modest environment as described in the question, where there is no exposure to cameras, and no strange men can see them.
Additionally, this should be done with the permission of their husbands or guardians, ensuring that no obligatory religious duties or recommended practices are neglected.
And Allah Almighty knows best."
