Sheikh 'Adnān Al-Maṣqari ḥafidhahullāh responded: لا بأس أن تعين والدك على سداد دينه، ولكن لا بد أن يتوب إلى الله تعالى من الكبيرة التي وقع فيها. والله الموفق. It is okay for you to assist your father in repaying his debt, but he must repent to Allāh Almighty from this major sin that he has committed. And Allah is The Grantor of success.
