The answer: The beneficial, Salafi student of knowledge will aquire Allah's recommendation (Tazkiyah) through his knowledge. If he gains knowledge and accompanies that with action, you will see good things from him insha'Allah.
He should also add to that making acquaintance with his Sunni brothers via the phone, messaging, etc., until he becomes known...such that they refer [others] to him, and mention him [with praise]. Likewise, joining the ranks of his Sunni brothers, for example, by being close to them physically or keeping contact with them from afar, this is a recommendation for him.
Allah Almighty grants recommendation to the servant according to his deeds, but this (keeping ties with Ahlus-Sunnah) is not something a student can dispense with, until he excels and becomes known; because he may have some good with him but he is not known [by others], he may have some good with him but he is not mentioned [by others], and so on. So whoever takes these means and methods will aquire recommendation Insha'Allah. Allāh Almighty will grant him recommendation and he will find goodness.
We find some people who are not known to us, but we hear and see what they have of goodness, and we hear what they have of steadfastness upon the Sunnah; for the Sunni loves his fellow Sunni even if he does not know him, and he recommends him and mentions him with good according to what he sees of his knowledge, steadfastness, da'wah, his love for Allah's sake, and also his composure in his da'wah and his steadfastness in that. Yes, this is goodness, Insha'Allah, and so he will attain goodness.
[The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:] “No soul will die until it has received all its provision, so fear Allah and seek provision through beautiful means.”
So whoever is known to have goodness, he will -insha'Allah- find goodness. And the likes of these communications; telephone meetings, etc., these are a form of recommendation; in that you see that this man has a connection with his [Salafi] brothers, he has a connection with the truth and its people, he cooperates with them; cooperation in righteousness and piety, it shows that he is someone who returns to the truth, and when necessary, he refers to whomever he likes from the people of truth. And all of this is a door to goodness. May Allah grant everyone success.
