Sheikh Ibn Bāz raḥimahullāh said:
It is not permissible. This is great corruption. This will result in imtermixing of lineages after death². It is not permissible. This must be destroyed.
Questioner: It is possible to package this milk and include information about the woman on each package?
Sheikh: No, it is not allowed. It must be eliminated.

² Human breastmilk has an effect on family ties. As such, establishing milk banks will lead to mixing of different women's milk, and so no one will know who is related to who.
