لا يجوز حتى تغتسل للحيض
It's not permissible until she makes Ghusl for coming off menstruation.

لو اغتسلت ولم تنو رفع الحدث فلا يجوز الجماع هكذا؟
Do you mean, if she takes a shower without intending to uplift ritual impurity, it's not permissible to have sexual intercourse?
