If he wants to host another banquet, in terms of ruling it is permissible, but there is no need to renew the contract. But if he repeats it, without believing the first one to be invalid - rather, this is merely a repetition of the [first] contract alongside a separate banquet, it's hoped that there is nothing wrong with that. But if he is able to limit himself to just hosting the banquet; i.e. He agrees to host another banquet, and he invites them and hosts them, then there's nothing wrong with that.
And if they insist on concluding another contract, they should be advised that the contract was already concluded with witnesses, etc., if he can limit it to the banquet only, that is good. But if it is necessary to repeat the contract, then his intention should not be to annul the first contract. Rather, he considers this as merely a repetition [of the first]. The first contract is valid and there's nothing wrong with it, and this is just a repetition to prevent the expected harm (i.e. breakdown in family ties, etc.).”
