Madness going on around us while we live peacefully under Allāh's protection | A reason to increase in righteousness

Most of us are able to go to and from the masjid, seek our provision, spend time with our wives and kids, visit family and friends, etc., without the fear of bombs falling on our heads. But have we taken some time out to appreciate this blessing?! Has this drawn us closer to Allāh or further away from Him?! Have you not noticed how Allāh mentioned the blessing of safety in the Qurʿān alongside His command to worship Him alone?! { فَلۡیَعۡبُدُوا۟ رَبَّ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡبَیۡتِ (3) ٱلَّذِیۤ أَطۡعَمَهُم مِّن جُوعࣲ وَءَامَنَهُم مِّنۡ خَوۡفِۭ (4) } [Sūrah Quraysh: 3-4]
