"Bulghah" refers to minimal provision; enough for one to reach [their objective]. Meaning, a person should not busy himself acquiring wealth and business - not because these things are haram, but because two matters are uncombinable; (1) a seeker of knowledge & (2) a seeker of wealth. So deceive yourself not into assuming that you can become a wealthy scholar! It's one or the other. Such is Allāh’s favour, He grants it to whoever He Wills. So if it is said to you that some have managed to combine between knowledge and business, then rest assured that the door to one of these being opened upon a person comes at the cost of the other.
