Sheikh Fawzan: Taṣwīr is impermissible. ● Firstly, Taṣwīr is forbidden. ● Secondly, Taṣwīr is not used as evidence to indict the one being depicted. This is not allowed. Islām is built on concealment and warding off legal punishments as much as the ruler/judge is able to. It is built on concealment and preserving people's honour.
