Some advice from Sheikh Ibn Baz rahimahullah (paraphrased):

“You must offer prayers on time, even while at work. You do not have the right to delay prayer beyond its time. So you must offer Dhuhr prayer on time while at work together with your brothers. If you have good brothers around you, you pray together. Likewise, you pray the Asr prayer at its time, and you do not have the right to delay it. If you are prevented from praying on duty, you pray it after finishing work if there is still time; i.e. before the sun becomes yellow and looses its brightness. If that's not an option, then you do not have the right to delay it, and you must pray on time. If they prevent you from praying, you must not obey them in that. Even if it means loosing your job, dropping out of studies; you have to offer prayer on time, even if that leads to abandoning your studies altogether. ● You do not have the right to pray before the actual time, ● nor after the time has elapsed ● nor do you have the right to combine between prayers in this case; because this is not a valid excuse for combining prayers. But rather you should pray every prayer at its proper time. If you are not able to do that, and they prevent you, then there is no need for you to remain in this work. You need to leave this work in order to preserve your Deen.” 📜 Source: https://binbaz.org.sa/fatwas/10387/%D8%AD%D9%83%D9%85-%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%AF%D9%8A%D9%85-%D8%A7%D9%88-%D8%AA%D8%A7%D8%AE%D9%8A%D8%B1-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A9-%D8%B9%D9%86-%D9%88%D9%82%D8%AA%D9%87%D8%A7-%D8%A8%D8%B3%D8%A8%D8%A8-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%A9
