“Those who say, “Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us our sins and protect us from suffering in the Fire.” [Surah Āli-ʿImrān: 16] ▪️Aqeedah benefit derived from this Aayah: This Aayah contains evidence for two of the three forms of legislated Tawassul: 1- Seeking Tawassul by Allah's Names/Attributes => ربنا {Our Lord} 2. Seeking Tawassul through one's own righteous deeds = “we have believed, so forgive us” (i.e. Due to our Eman - which is a righteous deed - we seek Your forgiveness and protection). *The third form of Tawassul is requesting a righteous Muslim to make du'a on your behalf. ▪️Lughah benefit derived from this Aayah: This Aayah contains all of the possible states of i'rab for the pronoun (نا) 1. Majroor: رَبَّنَا نا = مضاف إليه => مجرور لَنَا: نا = اسم مجرور => مجرور 2. Mansoob: إِنَّنَا: نا = اسم إن => منصوب قِنَا: نا = مفعول به => منصوب 3. Marfoo': ءَامَنَّا: فاعل = مرفوع
